(Speaking on my 2023 performance): “Drake, it's crazy to think you started the year as an SDR. Your drive to be the best was clear from the beginning and in your time as an AE it's already showing. You've stepped into the role in a big way and as a result have continued to improve - and also push the entire team to level up and improve. In a short amount of time you are separating yourself from the pack and I know you will continue to do so here at Blueboard and wherever else you go in your career. I look forward to the day you have my job and are leading a sales team and I don't see that too far off in the distance. I appreciate all of the work, the prep, and the thoughtfulness you put into your role. You've pushed me to be a better sales leader and I appreciate that as well - even though I may tell you to f*** off for it.
